1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable for defective products or errors in customization that are the fault of Linkifyy
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design or functionality of the smart cards.

2. Defective Products

• If you receive a defective smart card with malfunctioning NFC, Wi-Fi, or QR code capabilities, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
• We may request evidence of the defect, such as images or videos, to process your refund request.

3. Errors in Customization

• If there are errors in the customization of your smart card that are the fault of Linkifyy, such as incorrect information or design flaws, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• We will review the customization details provided at the time of purchase and consider if a refund is appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customized smart cards with accurate information provided by the customer are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

• In cases of defective products or errors in customization, we may offer a replacement smart card instead of a refund, subject to availability.
• Replacement requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis(individually).
